Waterproofing Materials, Epoxy, Urethanes and More


Almost any of our products can be used for waterproofing. 

Here are some of the products that are used the most in waterproofing applications:

  • Product #224 Water Cleanable Epoxy Mortar Resin is a user friendly, water cleanable, 100% solids waterproof epoxy grout and adhesive. Used for grouting ceramic tile, brick pavers, and stone, it is supplied in pre-packaged kits containing resin, hardener, and (in the Product #225 Kit) mineral fillers that produce a dense, uniform seal. Typical applications for #224 require resistance to thermal shock, chemicals, and heavy traffic including meat packers, breweries, canneries, bottlers, CIP areas, and pharmaceutical formulators.
  • Product #402  - 2 Component Chemical Resistant Coating -  is a two component1 chemical resistant polyurethane coating with gloss finish offers excellent abrasion resistance, chemical and stain resistance, and color retention. Epoxy.com PRODUCT #402 can be used equally well on vertical or horizontal surfaces. It is ideal for concrete floors and walls in warehouses, storage facilities, aircraft hangers, animal housing, and vehicle maintenance facilities. Product is not for use in California Use Product #406 when a California Compliant low VOC product is required, or desired.
  • Product #406 - Two Component Low VOC Chemical Resistant Urethane Coating -  is a low VOC compliant urethane that meets all federal and state environmental air quality standards. The high gloss finish offers excellent abrasion resistance, chemical and stain resistance, and superior color retention. Epoxy.com Product #406 can be used equally well on vertical or horizontal surfaces. It is ideal for concrete floors and walls in warehouses, storage facilities, aircraft hangars, animal housing, and vehicle maintenance facilities. Available in both clear and pigmented formulations, Product#406 can be used as a finish coating option for most Epoxy.com Flooring Systems.
  • System #485 Elastomeric Polyurethane Traffic Membrane System - is an Elastomeric Urethane Membrane System, that is liquid applied.  System #485 Elastomeric Membrane System is seamless, elastomeric (flexible), and UV.  Thee qualities make it an excellent choice for outside applications in direct sun and weather, where water tightness, durability, and excellent appearance is required. Its elastomeric properties will allow horizontal movements up to 1/8 inch without breaking. Epoxy.com System #485 has excellent abrasion and chemical resistance.  The surface of System #485 can be varied to achieve the required anti-skid and decorative look.
  • Flex Epoxy- Epoxy Membrane - a flexible resin used as an waterproof epoxy membrane and as a flexible epoxy mortar. It is a two component, 100% solids epoxy used as a base in many  Flexible Epoxy Floor and Mortar Systems. It resists cracking caused by horizontal substrate movement, providing a crack resistant, resilient, sound absorbent, waterproof, durable floor. It offers stress-relieving properties for floor slabs that show movement or vibration. It is excellent for use in areas such as mechanical equipment rooms, large animal rooms and activity centers.
  • Product #2005 Low Modulus Fast Setting Epoxy Gel is a two component 100% solids  designed for shallow repair on either vertical or horizontal surfaces. This product is easy to mix and use and has the consistency of Vaseline petroleum jelly. Additionally, the product, because it is a 100% solids product, can be applied thicker on horizontal surfaces when required.
  • Product #2006 - Epoxy High-Mod Gel Adhesive and Bonding Resin  is a 100% solids high-mod epoxy gel adhesive used for vertical and overhead bonding applications and structural repairs. Epoxy High-Mod Gel Adhesive and Bonding Resin - Product #2006 is also used as a grout for anchor bolts, dowels and rebar. Epoxy High-Mod Gel Adhesive and Bonding Resin - Product #2006 Meets ASTM C881 Requirements for Type I, Type II, Grade 3, Class B, C, D, E.

If any product fails to meet this warranty, the liability of Supplier will be limited to replacement of any non-conforming material if notice of such non-conformity is given to Supplier within the warranty period for the material (as indicated above), or within 1 year of the delivery of materials (whichever is sooner). Supplier may in its discretion refund the price received by Supplier in lieu of replacing the material. No customer, distributor, or representative of Supplier is authorized to change or modify the published specifications of this warranty in any way. No one is authorized to make oral warranties on behalf of Supplier. In order to obtain replacement or refund the customer must provide written notice containing full details of the non-conformity. Supplier reserves the right to inspect the non-conforming material prior to replacement. Many of our products are made on an individual order basis.   Unless authorized in writing by us in writing before the material is made, there are no returns on items purchased from us, once the order has been processed, and the material made. In the event of authorized returns a restocking charge will be charged in the amount of 30% of the value of the material returned or $150 whichever is greater.  No returns on non-list priced items.  All Returns are for merchandise (store) credit only, no cash or credit card credits.  In the event of a return, buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping and handling in both directions.
