Joint Systems

  • Product #11 Epoxy Joint Filler - a 100% solids flexible epoxy joint filler for saw-cut joints of concrete slabs on grade, or to repair existing slabs.  Product #11 absorbs the impact and shock of heavy loads and steel wheeled traffic, preventing erosion of control joint edges.
  • Product #63 EVA Expansion Joint - a water-tight cross-linked closed-cell Ethylene Vinyl Acetate expanded foam material that exhibits unique properties when used in expansion contraction joints. ESI™ Product #63 is water-tight and exhibits good chemical resistance properties to most mild non-oxidizing acids, alkalines and petroleum products.
  • Product #900 Polymeric Caulking - Gun Gradeis a 2 part chemically cured elastomers. They provide a flexible and watertight seal between concrete, masonry, metals, glass, wood, and other construction materials. Product #900 (Gun Grade)/ Product #901 (Pourable) are mixed just prior to application. Color is light gray. (Other colors are available on special order.)
  • Product #901 Polymeric Joint Sealant - Pourableis a 2 part chemically cured elastomers. They provide a flexible and watertight seal between concrete, masonry, metals, glass, wood, and other construction materials. Product #900 (Gun Grade)/ Product #901 (Pourable) are mixed just prior to application. Color is light gray. (Other colors are available on special order.)
  • Product #902 2 component Polymeric Joint Sealant - Gun Grade
  • Product #903 2 component Polymeric Joint Sealant - Pourable
  • Product #904 Color Pack for Polymeric Joint Sealant
  • Product #905 Polysulfide Caulk - Single Component EpoxySystems' Product #905 is a single component, moisture-cured, Thiokol based caulking compound which eliminates the need for jobsite mixing of multi-component sealants. It effectively seals all joints subject to structural movement as well as non-moving joints against infiltration of water and dirt. This product is a special order only product with a minimum purchase required
  • Product #906 High Sure Gun Grade Sealant
  • Product #907 High Sure Pourable Sealant
  • Product #908 Polyurethane Sealant for Reservoirs -  Gun Grade -2 Component
  • Product #909 Polyurethane Sealant for Reservoirs -  Pourable -2 Component
  • Product #910 Polyurethane Caulk - Single Component is a one-part, moisture-cured, self-leveling or gun-grade non-staining, polyurethane sealant which cures at ambient temperature to a firm, flexible tear-resistant rubber. It is highly resilient and has excellent recovery characteristics after extended periods of compression or elongation.
  • Product #911 Two Component, self-leveling jet fuel resistant polysulfide joint sealant - Hand
  • Product #912 Two Component, self-leveling jet fuel resistant polysulfide joint sealant - Machine
  • Product #913  a two-part, self leveling or gun-grade, polysulfide sealant , which effectively seals joints that are subject to structural or thermal movement, as well as non-moving joints, against infiltration of water and dirt.
  • Product #914 a two-part Polyurethane Sealant is a Two-component, cold applied, polyurethane based joint sealant, modified with bitumen. For sealing joints in airfield runways, parking aprons and other areas where joints may be subjected to fuel spillage.
  • Product #916 a two-component, low modulus, polyurea based joint sealant designed to tolerate significant joint movement, up to + 25%. Provides a flexible, durable, weather-tight seal for all types of building joints, such as expansion joints in masonry and metal curtain walls, perimeter joints of sashes, panels and doors, water reservoirs, etc.
  • Product #920 Self Leveling Urethane Caulk
  • 930 Polyurea  Rapid Curing Joint Sealant is a two component gun applied polyurea. It cures in minutes to provide a tough chemical and abrasion resistant sealant. This reaction is very fast, with typical working times of less than 5 minutes. Two-component guns with static mixing heads are efficient means of mixing and applying PRODUCT #930. It is recommended for use in warehouse floor joints or other joints where ordinary joint sealers fail under heavy forces from forklift loading. PRODUCT #930 is highly recommended for use in joints in Detention Centers due to its high hardness.
  • Product #940 Fast Setting Polyurea Sealant  - Similar to 930 but with its own unique advantages
  • Product #950 Joint Sealant Primer
