100% SOLIDS HIGH-MOD GEL ADHESIVE
DESCRIPTION
Epoxy.com Product #6 High-Mod Gel Adhesive is a 100% solids high-mod epoxy
gel adhesive used for vertical and overhead bonding applications and structural
repairs. It is also used as a grout for anchor bolts, dowels and rebar.

APPLICATION PROCEDURES
Surface Preparation
Before application of gel, surface to be bonded must be clean and sound.
Remove all dirt, laitance, grease, curing compounds and other foreign
matter by sandblasting, or mechanical abrasion. Remove water and dust
from all surfaces with an oil-free air blast immediately prior to
application.
Mixing Instructions
Temperature of Epoxy.com Product #6 must be 50° F. or above at
time of mixing. Stir each component separately, before blending. Mix
equal volumes of Part A and Part B for three minutes with a low speed
electrical drill equipped with a jiffy mixer or paddle. To prepare a mortar add
one part by volume of clean, dry, well graded select sand to one part by volume
of mixed epoxy.
Application
To apply Epoxy.com Product #6 use a spatula, trowel or caulking gun.
Limitations
Use of solvents for thinning Epoxy.com ™ Product #6 will prevent
proper cure. Temperature of substrate must be above 40°F. Age of
new concrete must be a minimum of 28 days. Maximum
thickness per lift for patching application is 1".
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Prolonged or repeated exposure may cause eye or skin
irritation. If contact occurs, wash immediately and seek
medical help.
Use safety glasses with side shields and wear protective
rubber or polyethylene gloves.
CLEANING
All tools and equipment should be cleaned before the system gels.Use toluene,
Methyl ethyl ketone or any lacquer solvent.

There are 231 cubic inches to a gallon. So you will get about 25.6 square

products will be free of manufacturing defects and will be in
conformity with published specifications when handled, stored, mixed
and applied in accordance with recommendations of Epoxy.com. If any
product fails to meet this warranty, the liability of Epoxy.com will
be limited to replacement of any non-conforming material if notice
of such non-conformity is given to Epoxy.com within the warranty
period for the material (as indicated above), or within 1 year of
the delivery of materials (whichever is sooner). Epoxy.com may in
its discretion refund the price received by Epoxy.com in lieu of
replacing the material. No customer, distributor, or representative
of Epoxy.com is authorized to change or modify the published
specifications of this warranty in any way. No one is authorized to
make oral warranties on behalf of Epoxy.com. In order to obtain
replacement or refund the customer must provide written notice
containing full details of the non-conformity. Epoxy.com reserves
the right to inspect the non-conforming material prior to
