APPLICATION:
AUTOMATIC PRESSURE INJECTION
Epoxy.com AUTOMATIC PRESSURE INJECTION MACHINE - Contact Epoxy.com
Technical Support Department for more details
MANUAL PRESSURE INJECTION -
Place injection ports every 6" to 10" along length of
crack. Seal surface of crack to be grouted with Epoxy.com Product #6
Epoxy Gel Adhesive. Pump Epoxy.com Product #307 into
lowest port. When epoxy reaches next highest valve, move up and repeat
procedure. Remove port after cure if desired. See
Epoxy Injection for more details.
PENETRATING SEALER:
Apply mixed material with rubber squeegee or roller. Allow time to penetrate. Squeegee off excess while still liquid.
PATCHING
Apply neat Epoxy.com Product #307 to prime the clean sound substrate. Mix blended epoxy with Epoxy.com
Product #76 epoxy filler or Epoxy.com Product #75
epoxy filler and trowel in place.
ANCHOR BOLT GROUTING
Diameter of hole should be minimum of 1/2" larger than that of bolt.
YIELD
One gallon of mixed Epoxy.com Product #307 will yield approximately:
- 750 cu. in. when mixed with 3 gallons of Epoxy.com Product #76 - very pourable
- 925 cu. in. when mixed with 4 gal Epoxy.com Product #76 - self-leveling
- 1100 cu. in. when mixed with 5 gal Epoxy.com Product #76 - masonry mortar
LIMITATIONS
- Do not thin Epoxy.com Product #307 solvents will prevent proper cure.
- Do not use for bonding new to plastic concrete, use Epoxy.com Product #7 for that.
- Substrate temperature and ambient temperature must not be below 40°F(4°C).
- Exposure to elevated temperatures for prolonged periods is not recommended.
- Epoxy resin (A Component) may crystallize. Heating material to 120°F and stirring will reconstitute material to
original condition. Allow to cool before using.
- May be too low a viscosity for larger cracks.
CAUTION
WARNING! “A” Component contains epoxy resin May cause skin sensitization or other allergic responses. Use with good ventilation, particularly if material is heated or sprayed. Wear protective clothing, goggles, gloves and/or barrier creams. Keep container closed when not in use. Wash thoroughly after handling.
