DESCRIPTION Epoxy.com Product #825 Floor Sealer is a non-rewettable, polymer emulsion formulated for use with fast or normal setting floor underlayments. It is zero VOCs (volatile organic compounds) making safer for the user and for the environment. WHERE TO USE Epoxy.com Product #825 Floor Sealer is used as a primer to seal concrete, wood or other porous substrates prior to installation of underlayment, preventing excessive water loss from the underlayment before setting occurs. Epoxy.com Product #825 Floor Sealer is used as a primer to promote adhesion of underlayment to existing substrate. Epoxy.com Product #825 Floor Sealer is used as a primer to seal and strengthen the surface of the in-place underlayment before flooring adhesives are applied. APPLICATION Seal Porous Substrates Dilute one (1) part Epoxy.com Product #825 Floor Sealer with two (2) parts clean, potable water. Apply to clean surfaces by brush, roller or spray, at a rate of approximately 200 square feet per diluted gallon. After sealer dries, promote adhesion with Epoxy.com PRODUCT #1100 Rewettable Adhesion Promoter. Promote Adhesion To Existing Substrate Strengthen Surface of Freshly Place Underlayments If underlayment is allowed to dry, soak with water prior to applying Epoxy.com Product #825 Floor Sealer. If soaking is not possible, dilute one (1) part Epoxy.com Product #825 Floor Sealer with two (2) parts clean, potable water and apply at a rate of approximately 200 square feet per diluted gallon. It is highly recommended that the diluted material not be stored for future use. Dilute Epoxy.com Product #825 Floor Sealer as needed for the particular area and amount to be used. Tools and application equipment can be cleaned with soap and water. Soap residue should be thoroughly rinsed from equipment prior to the next use. CAUTION WARNING! Skin and eye contact with material may cause slight irritation. Ingestion may cause gastric disturbance. Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing. Wear protective clothing if splashing occurs. Provide adaequate ventilation or respiratory protection if vapor or mist is created. Post "Slippery When Wet" signs where appropriate. FIRST AID In case of eye contact, immediately flush eyes with water for 15 minutes. If irritation develops, consult a physician. In case of skin contact, wash affected areas with soap and water. Remove and wash contaminated clothing before reuse. If irritation develops, consult a physician. If swallowed, dilute with water. Decision to induce vomiting should be made only by a physician. Never give fluids or induce vomiting if the victim is unconscious. Get immediate medical attention. FOR INDUSTRIAL USE ONLY. KEEP AWAY FROM CHILDREN. |

Epoxy.com warrants that its products will be free of manufacturing defects and will be in conformity with published specifications when handled, stored, mixed and applied in accordance with recommendations of Epoxy.com. If any product fails to meet this warranty, the liability of Epoxy.com will be limited to replacement of any non-conforming material if notice of such non-conformity is given to Epoxy.com within the warranty period for the material (as indicated above), or within 1 year of the delivery of materials (whichever is sooner). Epoxy.com may in its discretion refund the price received by Epoxy.com in lieu of replacing the material. No customer, distributor, or representative of Epoxy.com is authorized to change or modify the published specifications of this warranty in any way. No one is authorized to make oral warranties on behalf of Epoxy.com. In order to obtain replacement or refund the customer must provide written notice containing full details of the non-conformity. Epoxy.com reserves the right to inspect the non-conforming material prior to replacement.
