SURFACE PREPARATIONFor best results, areas to receive the Epoxy.com Product #706 should be free of laitance, grease, oil and any other contaminants that would inhibit a bond. Wire brushing, waterblasting, or sandblasting of surface is recommended. See Epoxy.com Surface Preparation Guide for more details. HOW TO USEMix the Epoxy.com Product #706 in a clean pail, using a slow-speed drill and an Epoxy.com Mixing Paddle. To obtain a mortar, add Epoxy.com Product #81 Filler slowly while continuing to mix.
When used neat, a one (1) gallon unit of PRODUCT #706 will cover approximately 32 sq. ft. at a 50 mil thickness. When used as mortar, a two (2) gallon unit PRODUCT #706 , mixed with a maximum of two (2) gallons by volume of Product #81 Filler, will yield approximately 780 cu. in. of paste consistency epoxy adhesive. PACKAGINGPRODUCT #706 is packaged in 2 gallon, 4 gallon and 110 gallon units. LIMITATIONSPRODUCT #706 should not be used when surface temperatures are below 40°F. CAUTION:WARNING! A component Contains epoxy resin. DANGER! B Component contains alkaline amines; strong sensitizer. May cause skin sensitization or other allergic responses. Use with good ventilation, particularly if material is heated or sprayed. Prevent all contact with skin or eyes. Wear protective clothing, goggles, gloves, and/or barrier creams. Keep container closed when not in use. Wash thoroughly after handling. In case of skin contact, immediately wash with soap and water. In case of eye contact, flush with copious amounts of water for at least (15) minutes. Remove contaminated clothing and shoes. If irritation persists, seek medical attention.
