SURFACE PREPARATIONFor best results, areas to receive the Epoxy.com Product #705 Two Component Flexible Adhesive should be free of laitance, grease, oil, and any other contaminants that would inhibit bond. Sandblasting, waterblasting, or wire brushing, or dust free grinding for surface preparation are recommended. MIXINGDouble Barrel Gun: With the use of static mixers in double barrel guns, no prior mixing of Epoxy.com Product #705 Two Component Flexible Adhesive is required. Special Order, minimum order required Hand Mixing: Small amounts of Epoxy.com Product #705 Two Component Flexible Adhesive can be mixed by hand using a strong stir stick. For large volume jobs to be mixed in 5 gallon pails or other suitable mixers where fillers such as Epoxy.com Product #75 Special Epoxy Aggregate or other oven dry silica sands are used, for best results combine two parts by volume of Component "A" with one part by volume of Component "B" of Epoxy.com Product #705 Two Component Flexible Adhesive in a clean pail, using a slow speed drill and an Epoxy.com Mixing Paddle. Mix for a minimum of three (3) minutes to a uniform consistency. To obtain a mortar, slowly add a maximum of one part by volume of Epoxy.com Product #75 Special Epoxy Aggregate while continuing to mix. COVERAGEWhen used neat, a 3 gallon unit of Epoxy.com Product #705 Two Component Flexible Adhesive will cover approximately 80 square feet (7.4 m²) at a 20 mil thickness. When used as a mortar, a 3 gallon unit of Epoxy.com Product #705 Two Component Flexible Adhesive, mixed with 3 gallons by volume of #75 Filler, will yield approximately 1,050 cubic inches of mortar. LIMITATIONSEpoxy.com Product #705 Two Component Flexible Adhesive should not be applied when surface temperatures are below 40° F (4.4° C). For best results, do not exceed one part by volume of Epoxy.com Product #75 Special Epoxy Aggregate to one part by volume of mixed Epoxy.com Product #705 Two Component Flexible Adhesive. CAUTIONWARNING! A Component contains epoxy resin. DANGER! B Component contains alkaline amines; strong sensitizer. May cause skin sensitization or other allergic responses. Use with good ventilation, particularly if it is heated or sprayed. Prevent all contact with skin and eyes. Wear protective clothing, goggles, gloves and/or barrier creams. Keep container closed when not in use. Wash thoroughly after handling. FIRST AID: In case of skin contact, immediately wash with soap and water. In case of eye contact, flush with copious amounts of water for at least 15 minutes. Remove contaminated clothing and shoes. If irritation persists, seek medical attention. Epoxy.com may in its discretion refund the price received by Epoxy.com in lieu of replacing the material. No customer, distributor, or representative of Epoxy.com is authorized to change or modify the published specifications of this warranty in any way. No one is authorized to make oral warranties on behalf of Epoxy.com. In order to obtain replacement or refund the customer must provide written notice containing full details of the non-conformity.
