EpoxySystems' Product #390 Flexible Acrylic Based Roof Coating
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Composition: Acrylic based roof coating. Basic Uses: ESI PRODUCT #390 ROOF COATING is designed to be a highly durable, flexible roof coating with outstanding resistance to weathering, ultra-violet light and water. Withstands ponding water conditions. It is suitable for application over sprayed urethane foam insulation roofs, concrete, wood or asphalt roofs. It serves as an excellent protection for urethane foam insulated storage tanks, grain elevators, etc. Limitations: ESI PRODUCT #390 ROOF COATING must not be used as a coating for structures that are to be continuously submerged. Do not apply shortly before, during, or shortly after rain. This material will not waterproof a leaking roof. It is not a roofing material. It is a roof coating. It is designed to protect and/or change the color of an existing, non-leaking roof. Do not store at or below freezing temperatures (below 40 degrees F). Standard Colors: Concrete Grey, White, Tan. Special colors are available, for a minimum quantity and additional cost. INSTALLATION Surface Preparation: All asphalt roofing must be clean and sound prior to application of ESI PRODUCT #390 ROOF COATING. Loose granules must be removed, blisters repaired, large cracks and voids caulked with an acrylic latex caulk, and the entire area washed with water and detergent. Rinse well and allow the roof to dry completely before applying the coating. Spray applied foam roofs must be coated within 48 hrs. in order to obtain good adhesion. Application: One gallon per 100 square feet will yield 10 dry mils (0.25mm) of ESI PRODUCT #390 ROOF COATING. Recommended coverage over polyurethane foam roofs is 2-3 gallons per 100 square feet, old asphalt roofs may demand 3-5 gallons per 100 square feet. Always apply the coating in a minimum of two coats in a chris-cross pattern, in order to avoid pinholes. Allow 3-5 hours drying time in between coats. PRODUCT WARRANTY All products proven to be defective in manufacture will be replaced at no charge. Since the use of these products is beyond our control we cannot assume any risk or liability for results obtained, nor can we accept damages in excess of the purchase price of these products. MAINTENANCE Areas that have been damaged may be repaired simply by cleaning the surface and re-application of ESI PRODUCT #390 ROOF COATING.

Unless other wise agreed upon in writing, buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping. No warranty or representation, however, is intended or made, nor is protection from any law or patent to be inferred, and all patent rights reserved. Epoxy Systems™ Product Company ("ESI") warrants its products (when properly stored) for the period of time as follows: Epoxies, Product #315, Product #315BC, and Product #316 one (1) year; Polyesters, Methyl Methacrylates (normal) two (2) months and Polyurethanes Four (4) months; Power Tools and Equipment 90 days; Vinyl Esters, High Molecular Weight Methacrylates (HMMA) and all other resins (not specifically mentioned above) 30 days; hand tools (non-power tools) 30 days. ESI warrants that its products will be free of manufacturing defects and will be in conformity with published specifications when handled, stored, mixed and applied in accordance with recommendations of ESI. If any product fails to meet this warranty, the liability of ESI will be limited to replacement of any non-conforming material if notice of such non-conformity is given to ESI within the warranty period for the material (as indicated above), or within 1 year of the delivery of materials (whichever is sooner). ESI may in its discretion refund the price received by ESI in lieu of replacing the material. No customer, distributor, or representative of ESI is authorized to change or modify the published specifications of this warranty in any way. No one is authorized to make oral warranties on behalf of ESI. In order to obtain replacement or refund the customer must provide written notice containing full details of the non-conformity. ESI reserves the right to inspect the non-conforming material prior to replacement. EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESSED WARRANTY STATED ABOVE, THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PURPOSE. ESI'S OBLIGATION SHALL NOT EXTEND BEYOND THE OBLIGATIONS EXPRESSLY UNDERTAKEN ABOVE AND ESI SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY TO THE PURCHASER OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY LOSS, COST, EXPENSE, DAMAGE OR LIABILITY, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT, OR FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. All quotes and sales subject to availability. Many of our products are made on an individual order basis. Unless authorized in writing by Epoxy Systems, Inc. in writing before the material is made, there are no returns on items purchased from us, once the order has been processed, and the material made. In the event of authorized returns a restocking charge will be charged in the amount of 30% of the value of the material returned or $150 whichever is greater. No returns on non-list priced items. All Returns are for merchandise (store) credit only, no cash or credit card credits. In the event of a return, buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping and handling in both directions.
