EpoxySystems' Product #1800 Fast Setting Brushable Polyurea Coating DESCRIPTION PRODUCT #1800 Fast Setting Brushable Polyurea Coating is a two component brushable aliphatic polyurea. It cures in minutes to provide a tough chemical and abrasion resistant coating. This reaction is very fast, with typical working times of less than 15 minutes. PRODUCT #1800 is recommended for use in areas such as tanks, cooling tower linings, water and wastewater and waterproof deck coatings. It can be used in food and beverage cold storage areas, mechanical rooms, industrial plants, chemical and fertilizer plants, pulp and paper mills and petrochemical facilities. ADVANTAGES

SURFACE PREPARATION
MIXING: PRODUCT #1800 is a plural component polyurea system. Equal volume parts of the Part A resin and Part B hardener should be mixed in small 1 pint batches. Always add the Part B hardener to the Part A resin.APPLICATION: PRODUCT #1800 may be applied by brush, roller or squeegee. Concrete surfaces shall be primed with EpoxySystems Product # 810 Primer. Apply PRODUCT #1800 to achieve the required mil thickness with 50% overlaps. Aggregate broadcast may be applied if non-skid surface is required.PRODUCT #1800 can be applied at temperatures from 35°F to 120°F. Apply to achieve the required mil thickness with 50% overlaps.PACKAGING: PRODUCT #1800 is packaged as a 2 gallon unit and 10 gallon unit.LIMITATIONS: PRODUCT #1800 is an alphatic based polyurea system. Consult chemical resistant chart for corrosive environment applications. Do not install in hydrostatic or moisture/vapor conditions.SHELF LIFE: Six months minimum when stored at 75°F and dry conditions. PRODUCT #1800, like most construction materials, must be stored in a dry, well protected and suitable storage environment. Keep containers sealed.CAUTION: Contains aliphatic isocyanates. Avoid breathing vapors. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Do not ingest. Keep away from foodstuffs and wash thoroughly before smoking or eating. Should skin contact occur, wash skin well with soap and water. Should eye contact occur, flush thoroughly for at least 15 minutes with water. Get medical attention.FOR INDUSTRIAL USE ONLY. Unless other wise agreed upon in writing, buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping. Epoxy Systems™ Product Company ("ESI") warrants its products (when properly stored) for the period of time as follows: Epoxies, Product #315, Product #315BC, and Product #316 one (1) year; Polyesters, Methyl Methacrylates (normal) two (2) months and Polyurethanes Four (4) months; Power Tools and Equipment 90 days; Vinyl Esters, High Molecular Weight Methacrylates (HMMA) and all other resins (not specifically mentioned above) 30 days; hand tools (non-power tools) 30 days. ESI warrants that its products will be free of manufacturing defects and will be in conformity with published specifications when handled, stored, mixed and applied in accordance with recommendations of ESI. If any product fails to meet this warranty, the liability of ESI will be limited to replacement of any non-conforming material if notice of such non-conformity is given to ESI within the warranty period for the material (as indicated above), or within 1 year of the delivery of materials (whichever is sooner). ESI may in its discretion refund the price received by ESI in lieu of replacing the material. No customer, distributor, or representative of ESI is authorized to change or modify the published specifications of this warranty in any way. No one is authorized to make oral warranties on behalf of ESI. In order to obtain replacement or refund the customer must provide written notice containing full details of the non-conformity. ESI reserves the right to inspect the non-conforming material prior to replacement. EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESSED WARRANTY STATED ABOVE, THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PURPOSE. ESI'S OBLIGATION SHALL NOT EXTEND BEYOND THE OBLIGATIONS EXPRESSLY UNDERTAKEN ABOVE AND ESI SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY TO THE PURCHASER OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY LOSS, COST, EXPENSE, DAMAGE OR LIABILITY, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT, OR FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Unless authorized in writing by Epoxy Systems, Inc. in writing before the material is made, there are no returns on items purchased from us, once the order has been processed, and the material made. In the event of authorized returns a restocking charge will be charged in the amount of 30% of the value of the material returned or $150 whichever is greater. No returns on non-list priced items. All Returns are for merchandise (store) credit only, no cash or credit card credits. In the event of a return, buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping and handling in both directions.
